Ply Construction Conveyor Belt

Ply Construction Conveyor Belts are made with high-quality synthetic fabrics and premium rubber compounds. Various cover compounds are available to provide excellent resistance to abrasion, heat, oil, or other specific conditions.

A proper selection of the grade and thickness of the cover rubber is important to belt's service life. Various grades of cover rubber are available from San Wu for your special application. The width can be produced up to 2200mm, the textile strength can be customized.

Cover Rubber

• Wear-resistant conveyor belt
  During operation, the cover rubber should be strong enough to protect the belt from excessive wear and impact loads caused by the conveyed materials. We offer highly abrasion- resistant rubber to meet your application needs for the transporting highly abrasive materials, as wel as for conveyor lines located in areas that are to access for maintainance.
• Oil Resistant Conveyor Belts
  Oily materials can cause ordinary cover rubber to swell and peel off easily, even tually leading to a complete system failure. Our special oil-resistant cover rubber protects the belt from such damage. It is suitable for transporting materials such as oiled metals, food, beans, fish and other materials sprayed or coated with oil.
• Anti-static Conveyor Belts
  This special cover rubber is compounded to prevent electrostatic charges from occuring while the belt is running, ensuring that materials do not stick to the belt surface and cause potential ignition or explosion.
• Chemical Resistant Conveyor Belts
  Acid or alkali resistant cover rubber is available depending on the chemical nature of transported materials.
• Heat Resistant Conveyor Belts
  In general, it is wise and economical to use a Heat-Resistant Conveyor Belt when the temperature of the carried material exceeds 60˚C(140˚F). Two types of Heat-Resistant Conveyor Belts are available, depending on the temperature and the nature of material. They are widely used for transporting cement, coke, sintered ores, soda ash, fertilizers, and other higt-temperature materials.
• Fire Resistant Conveyor Belts
  This unique belt is made of a special rubber compound that can extinguish itself whithin a short time once the belt catches fire. It is suitable for use in underground mining systems to minimize fire risk.
• Cold Resistant Conveyor Belts
  This special belt is designed for use in frigid zones where temperatures may drop to minus 50˚C , conditions under which ordinary belts cannot be used.
